Finally Done
I am finally done - in two areas. First of all, we are officially moved. Our house has been rented, and the new tenants took possession on Sunday. It was a strange feeling, looking out windows from empty rooms that you know you will never live in again. I promised myself not to cry, and I didn't - at least on Sunday.
Secondly, summer semester is officially over tonight. I had a final project to turn in, which is done and ready to go, and now I can rest for a couple of weeks until school starts back on the 24th. I am looking forward to having no deadlines to make, no papers to write, no "school" reading to do.
I am looking forward to reading what I want to read, doing what I want to do on the computer, and getting my RV back into shape. We moved some things in here (very few, since we have NO storage space), and Doug is going to take out the generic RV table, benches, and sofa, and put in our own table, chairs, and sofa. Right now, the only floor space is taken up with the sofa to be put in, Kallie's pillow, and Kallie's body, which is currently sprawled across the free floor space, snoring! Oh, to have a dog's life - somebody to feed you, play with you, and the ability to sleep all you want to! Life is good!
